Explain :
a. Short term goals of KPCC – to convince our cement customers to purchase in steel as well being one of the other building material we supply.
b. Mid term goals of KPCC – handling all materials concering construction .
c. Long term goals of KPCC : not to depend ov cement and steel, to avoid any damage to these products in the market and also to increase and expand our company by involving in other fields that to building materials.

What is the company's plan and how does it reach the goals above ?
To implement the right policies to achieve our goals mentioned above.

What is the strategy formation on KPCC ?
Import and supply loose cement and also packed in bags of
TYPE I OPC and TYPE V SRC.
Import and supply of deformed steel bars .
Erection , operation management and retnal of stores required for cement and steel.


4.
What is the corporate strategy of KPCC?
The company may cooperate in any form with other associations which have smimilar activities or which could assist the company in achieving its objectives in Kuwait . it may also acquire to take over such companies.

What is the division strategy concerning each dept. you have?

What is the nature of your strategy from the management point of view?
a. Growth strategy : to expand and be one of the leading suppliers of building materials.
b. Stability strategy : Cement ( KPCC was incorporated in 1976 )
c. Retrenchment strategy : foreign exchange dept .
