b. Mid term goals : survival in the competitive market and giving assistance to customer needs.
c. Long term goals : Aiming to be reach 50% share in the market for supply of building materials .

Excellent communication skills based on trust, being resourceful, having extensive range of knowledge , end most of all strive for high standers.
